Okay, here I go again participating in yet another Blog Love Swap. Only to get snubbed by other swappers that it is not a real swap. I like Blog Love, it is about sharing your blog with others and discovering something new.

What is it? Are some swappers just thirsty to get a lot of things related to their profile for a heart. Hearting for everyone who does not know is what you get for going beyond the required swap requirements. Swap-Bot is a cool site, but it appears to me that some swappers aren't up to par. Are you allowed to be a jerk just because you have over 25 hearts? Well enjoy my blog, and do leave a few comments.

Blah, Blah, Blog

I've been busy and I have lots to share but I decided to spread it out a bit over a few posts. Today I recieved a book I bought on ebay called " The Classic Techniques." It is a Time Life Books publication and it is vintage. The copyright date inside reads 1973. I bought it because it was pink. How can you go wrong with Pink! Anyway the color is very lovely meshallah. There is also a printed fabric design I really love this book Meshallah. If you can locate one grab it. I will try to show a few photos of the inside soon Inshallah. For now just look at the photo from the listing. There is something about old books that were written before I could ever read. The copyright on this book is before I ever existed. It is like discovering something new. New but old, does that make sense? It does to me.

Trying not to be a sporadic blogger

Hello everyone I am back after a week or so. I can remember posting about my Etsy experience and I was so please with the purchase you see above. It is a dichroic glass pendant in all my fave colors. You see there are some pinks, greens, blues, lilac and yellow and its plaid. I love it because you see I am a big fan of color. I like color. Bright, pastel, candy colors are lovely. Dichroic glass was first used by NASA as optical fillers to protect astronaunts from cosmic radiation. And when you look at it and turn the glass in the light it reflects different colors and it sparkles. It is used in fused glass and glass blowing. Now that is an interesting hobby.

I bought this from an Etsy seller called Full Spectrum Glass you can go to there site at http://fullspectrumartglass.etsy.com/. I was their first buyer. The pictures aren't really good because the photo which I got from their listing does not do this pendant any justice. Check them out if you get a chance.

These pink plaid babies appeal to me, it reminds me of Lily P sitting on the porch drinking iced tea. Find these at Target and you can shop by color. Soon I will Inshallah provide links, when I actually learn how to. I believe you can get 4 for 14.99!

You can find these at Target a set are a mere 17.99. These glasses make me think of tangy lemonade and sweet summer breezes.
